Our Returns Promise

If your rocketry components aren’t performing to your expectations (unlike our 54mm motors at full thrust), we’ll make it right. You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory compliance, these items cannot be returned:

• All rocket motors (13mm, 18mm, 24mm, 29mm, 38mm, 54mm)
• Opened adhesives (must remain sealed for return)
• Used altimeters (for flight data integrity)

All other components (tubes, couplers, retainers) are returnable if unused and in original packaging.

The 3-Stage Return Process

1. Initiate Your Request

   Email admin@rockethobbystore.com within 15 days of delivery with:

   • Your order number
   • Item(s) for return/exchange
   • Reason (helps us improve our 24mm+ components!)

   Dear Rocket Model Toys Team,

   I would like to request a [return/exchange] for the following item(s) from order #[Your Order Number]:

2. Package Your Items

   Once approved:

   • Repack items in original packaging (like you’d prepare a 38mm motor for transport)
   • Include all original documentation
   • We’ll email you a return shipping label (standard returns only)

   Note: Free shipping orders deduct original shipping costs from refunds.

3. Ship & Track

   Send your package to:

   We recommend using a trackable service (DHL/FedEx) – treat it like tracking your 98mm rocket’s telemetry!

Refueling Your Funds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days (faster than assembling a 5″ coupler!)
• Refund Method: Original payment (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
• Timeline: 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Exchanges ship immediately upon approval (DHL/FedEx) with no additional shipping fees if same value.

Special Circumstances

Damaged Items? Contact us within 48 hours with photos – we’ll rush replacements faster than a 13mm launch!

Wrong Item? We’ll cover return shipping and expedite the correct part.
