Yes! While we cater to advanced rocketry enthusiasts with our high-performance components, we also stock products suitable for beginners. Our 13mm and 18mm motors are particularly good for those just starting in model rocketry.

Currently, we specialise in individual components rather than complete kits. This allows enthusiasts to custom-build rockets to their exact specifications. However, all our components are designed to work together seamlessly.

You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and view your order history.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify an order, please email admin@rockethobbystore.com immediately with your order number and requested changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet been processed for dispatch.

We offer two shipping methods tailored for rocketry components:

Orders typically leave our Hereford facility within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

We ship globally to most countries, excluding some Asian and remote regions. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at admin@rockethobbystore.com before placing your order.

All components are packed by our expert team using appropriate protective materials. Delicate electronics like altimeters receive special attention with anti-static packaging and additional cushioning to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

If any component doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. We’ll guide you through the simple process and ensure a prompt refund or replacement. Please note that certain high-power motor purchases may have special restrictions due to safety regulations.

Email our customer service team at admin@rockethobbystore.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and any necessary documentation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.

While we can’t provide complete design services, our team of rocketry enthusiasts can offer general advice about component compatibility and typical configurations. For complex projects, we recommend consulting with local rocketry clubs or specialists.

All our products include basic safety instructions. We strongly recommend following the National Association of Rocketry (NAR) or equivalent safety codes in your country when using our products. Many components are designed for use by certified individuals only.
